Return Policy

Since we offer consumable food products, ensuring freshness and quality is our top priority. To maintain these standards, we have a return policy designed for specific cases:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the products arrive damaged, incorrect, or in defective packaging. We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference or after the product has been opened.

2. Return Process

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product. Contact our customer service team with details and images of the issue.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Products

• We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.
• Perishable items like dry fruits and dehydrated fruits are not eligible for returns unless there is an issue with the packaging or product quality upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and verified. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Cancellations after this period are not permitted, as we prioritize quick dispatch times.
