Refund policy

Since we sell consumable food products, maintaining freshness and quality is our highest priority. To uphold these standards, our return policy applies only to the specific situations outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is delivered damaged, incorrect, or in defective packaging. We do not accept returns based on personal preference or for products that have been opened.

2. Return Process

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Contact our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue along with clear images for verification.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund according to your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.

Perishable items, including dry fruits and dehydrated fruits, are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or packaging damage at the time of delivery.

4. Refund Process

If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and verified.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this period cannot be accommodated, as we prioritize quick dispatch times.
